The team advises on sophisticated corporate and international tax matters, including cross-border structuring, group reorganisations, demergers, and governance planning. The role involves substantial client interaction, collaboration with colleagues across practice areas, and the chance to manage high-value, multi-jurisdictional projects within a Partner-led team offering both autonomy and support.
