Base pay range

Title: Group Tax Manager

Location: Central London - hybrid, 3 days WFH per week

Salary: £75k - £85k + bonus and wider benefits

The company:

Our client is a dynamic, PE-backed global Business Services group with $500m+ turnover and a presence in 40+ countries. With ambitious growth plans and a high-performing finance function, they are now seeking a Group Tax Manager to join their Central London team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a broad, strategic international tax role in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure global and local tax compliance in line with evolving regulations (including BEPS Pillar 2)
• Manage accurate and timely tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions
• Drive effective tax planning and optimisation strategies to support the group's global tax position
• Oversee and maintain transfer pricing documentation and manage inter-company transactions in compliance with international tax laws
• Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors during audits and inquiries
• Support the analysis and execution of strategic international tax projects
• Monitor and implement transfer pricing policies and intercompany transaction processes
• Collaborate with internal Accounting and Treasury teams to enhance tax-related processes within the finance systems

Candidate Requirements:

• Big 4/Top 10 background is preferred, but not essential
• A good understanding of the current international tax landscape
• Knowledge of current tax legislation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
