We are currently looking for a Group Tax Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the wider finance team, your focus will be on managing tax compliance, optimising the tax position and ensuring efficient tax reporting across our global operations, which span 9 offices and ~25 entities.

In this role, you will combine your technical tax expertise with your ability to navigate a complex international business environment. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a fast-paced, global retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication, innovation, and results.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee corporate tax compliance and filings across all territories, ensuring full compliance and tax optimisation.
  • Manage UK corporate tax returns in-house where practical and coordinate with advisors for North American and international filings.
  • Support the Group Finance team with tax provisioning, disclosures, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Ensure the Group Transfer Pricing policy is embedded, maintained, and fit for purpose across jurisdictions.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks, oversee audits, and provide guidance on VAT and other tax matters.
  • Review and enhance the Group’s tax structure for efficiency and future strategic planning.


What You Should Bring

  • A relevant professional tax qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, ATT) with strong experience, ideally including international exposure.
  • Experience in a fast-growing, international environment; exposure to consumer goods, B2C, or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong organisation and self-management skills, with the ability to navigate a complex global structure.
  • A hands-on attitude, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
  • The ability to collaborate across global teams, building strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.
