Group Tax Compliance Manager
Location: UK – Fully Remote Working
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + benefits

About the Job

This is a key role within the central finance function, focused on managing tax compliance and accounting across multiple countries. Acting as the primary contact for tax matters, you’ll work closely with regional finance leads and the parent company’s tax team to ensure accurate reporting and governance across the Group.

Duties will include:

  • Overseeing the year-end tax process, including consolidated group disclosures for UK reporting
  • Reviewing corporate tax submissions and liaising with auditors across international operations
  • Managing UK corporate tax compliance, VAT returns, and any tax authority queries
  • Preparing tax models and forecasts in line with budgeting and reforecasting cycles
  • Supporting the organisation’s tax governance framework and compliance processes
  • Assisting with ad hoc tax issues such as transfer pricing, global mobility, VAT, and Pillar 2 requirements
About the Successful Applicant

You’ll be a qualified accountant with at least three years’ post-qualification experience in UK and international tax. A solid understanding of tax accounting principles under UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP is required. Strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate across diverse teams are also essential.
