Job summary

Bleep 360 Group is seeking an experienced Head of Recruitment to lead our Talent function across the organisation. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and manage recruiters across regional offices.

In this senior role you will shape recruitment strategy, build high-quality pipelines and partner with senior leaders to attract and appoint top talent for growth across multiple businesses. The role requires travel to regional offices and a London head office location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading recruitment at group or multi-site level.
• Experience in regulated environments, safeguarding, CQC and Ofsted compliance.
• Strong ability to build talent pipelines and run end-to-end hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Talent team across regional offices.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction and sourcing through to interview, offer, onboarding and start date.
• Ensure recruitment activity meets high standards for safer recruitment, safeguarding, CQC and Ofsted compliance.
• Personally lead sensitive, specialist and senior-level appointments across the Group.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, headhunting and engagement with candidates.
• Lead recruitment campaigns and talent cohorts, coordinating candidates, stakeholders, timelines and onboarding requirements.
• Use recruitment data, market insight and workforce trends to shape proactive resourcing strategies.
