The Group Sustainability team is responsible for creating, implementing, and delivering the group's sustainability strategy. This includes supporting activities across the group, leading the delivery of our net zero target, and collaborating with experts.
We are seeking an experienced Group Sustainability Lead to address challenges, provide expert input into reporting, and enable the business to respond to changing requirements, both strategically and operationally.
It requires proactive promotion of sustainability, devising future policies collaboratively, and working with Senior Management and the Board to support the delivery of ODIs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years demonstrable experience in sustainability, promoting sustainability issues and carbon management in the corporate sector, along with expert knowledge of relevant regulations, obligations, standards, and the science of climate change and GHG emissions.
You will have experience in developing and delivering climate change mitigation and emissions reduction strategies, policies, and advice.
You should be passionate about advocating for net zero issues within the business, with a track record of delivering change through advocacy.
The ability to drive change in a team, deliver improved performance, influence decision-making at senior management levels, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams is also essential.
