Hours Part Time- 32.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7

We are looking for a positive, flexible and creative Support worker to join our Support team at the Aldingbourne Country Centre.

Taking an active role in supporting the well-being and development of people with learning disabilities. Working as part of a team promoting a positive and supportive environment and assisting with vocational training in a variety of work‑based social enterprises (including wood work, performing arts, horticulture and craft), enabling people to develop skills, independence and improve well‑being. Working to support plans, and following the appropriate response, reporting, recording procedures.

Driving our minibus to bring people to and from the Centre to Chichester or Bognor on a daily basis when required (as cover for regular drivers).
