K3 Capital Group have continued our growth and expansion over 2024, taking us to more than 1,000 colleagues internationally. Due to this success and growth agenda, we are now looking for an additional Group Sales Trainer / Talent Partner.
You will have the unique opportunity to identify and implement innovative ways for our people to learn and improve! You will work closely with our sales team, Group wide managers and HR Team to ensure we are ahead of the game in terms of developing talent so that they thrive.
You will be responsible for building crucial learning for the Sales Division and across the Group including the development, implementation, execution and coordination of all learning and development.
This role is aligned to our hybrid workstyle, with a typical working patterns of 2-3 days in our Bolton office headquarters, 1 day in another K3 UK office and remaining days at home.
