At DATIM Ltd, we specialise in the design, manufacture, and delivery of high-quality Doorsets and Ironmongery solutions to the UK construction sector. Known for our bespoke approach, premium standards, and customer-first service, we’ve built a strong reputation as a trusted partner to contractors, architects, and developers.

We are now seeking a dynamic, results-driven Group Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy, strengthen our market presence, and drive the next stage of expansion.

The Role

As Group Sales & Marketing Manager, you will sit on the senior leadership team and take full responsibility for shaping and executing DATIM’s sales, commercial, and marketing strategies. You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, working closely with the Managing Director and wider business to achieve ambitious growth targets.

You Will
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to hit revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to raise brand visibility.
  • Strengthen relationships with key contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Drive commercial excellence through pricing, contract negotiation, and account management.
About You

We’re looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in sales and marketing, ideally within construction, Doorsets, Ironmongery, or related sectors. You’ll combine commercial acumen with marketing flair, with the ability to:

  • Deliver revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Shape impactful marketing strategies that generate results.
  • Win trust with senior stakeholders and long-term clients.
