Yearly salary ranging from £23,000 to £25,530.53, plus quarterly sales bonus based on performance.

What will I be doing?

As a Group and Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for room reservations, offering excellent customer service, options, and solutions to meet guest needs. Your responsibilities include:

• Converting inquiries into contracted business quickly
• Responding positively to sales inquiries to develop future leads
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Responding professionally to all customers, ensuring reservations meet guest expectations
• Providing prompt, efficient service while maintaining hotel brand standards

What are we looking for?

You should embody professionalism, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Preferably, you have:

• Previous experience in reservations or a similar environment
• Collegiate-level qualifications or equivalent
