An established industry player is looking for a Group Safeguarding Transformation Lead to spearhead their safeguarding transformation project. This role involves enhancing the effectiveness of safeguarding leads, refreshing training, and ensuring robust governance across the organization. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure high-quality record keeping and information management. We're seeking a Group Safeguarding Transformation Lead to be responsible for planning and delivering our safeguarding transformation project.
You'll develop the role of the Safeguarding Leads and work with them to refresh training and communications for staff. You'll review policies and the governance of safeguarding across the group, ensuring it's consistently embedded in our reporting, audits, and risk management.
Working with various departments, you'll ensure our record keeping and information management are effective, efficient, and high quality.
Our ideal candidate will have safeguarding experience with vulnerable adults and/or children, experience working in a contract environment, and delivering change through a project management approach.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 p.a. pro-rata (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. 6-month fixed-term contract
