This role is available on a part-time, job-share, or full-time basis. Location: Swindon (with hybrid working).

Salary and Application Deadline

Salary: £42,000 - £64,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Closing date for applications: 30th May 2025.

Due to growth within Zurich Corporate Risk, we are seeking a Group Risk Proposition Consultant to join our Market Management team on a permanent basis. Customer service is a priority for us, and we value flexibility—discuss your needs at interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate proposition plans with stakeholder input, focusing on the flexible benefit sector.
• Support the development and management of a 3-year strategy and plans.
• Coordinate efforts to develop new or enhanced propositions/features.
• Develop business cases to evaluate benefits and support planning.
• Identify risks in proposition design and ensure compliance with policies.
• Contribute to competitive analysis and reconcile internal and external perspectives.
• Research data sources, analyze trends, and recommend design improvements.
• Review business models to support proposition development.
• Oversee implementation, systems configuration, and training.
• Manage third-party agreements and act as a subject matter expert.

• Substantial experience in a technical group risk role, including flexible benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., GR1, FPC, Project Management) preferred.
