Group Retention Assistant
Location: Hybrid - split of home and Office (Wilmslow)

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Group Retention Assistant to join our finance team based in Wilmslow.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Contact clients who have cancelled their direct debit via telephone, letter & email
  2. Query/complaints resolution
  3. Re-instate direct debits
  4. Secure payment of overdue debt
  5. Manage Dunnings letter process
The Person:
  1. Some knowledge and experience of credit control processes & procedures desirable
  2. Basic knowledge of Liquidation/Insolvency process desirable
  3. Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  4. Professional attitude and persona
  5. Positive outlook
  6. Strong work ethic
  7. Able to prioritise workload
  8. Negotiation skills
  9. Ability to communicate with clients and staff at all levels
  10. Generate and maintain solid working relationships with customers and colleagues
