Job summary

We Do Group in Woking (England) is hiring a Group Reporting Manager to lead the group consolidation, drive process improvements, and support FP&A activities within a growing tech-focused finance function.

The role reports to senior finance leaders, coordinating statutory accounts for multiple entities, and liaising with auditors. Hybrid working is offered with three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Practice-trained accountant with exposure to group reporting or consolidations.
• Strong analytical mindset and focus on process improvements.
• Interest in moving from practice to industry and broadening FP&A experience.
• Desire to develop both technically and commercially within a growing finance function.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group consolidation process and drive continuous improvements.
• Prepare key components of half-year and year-end Group reporting.
• Manage the Group reporting timetable across key cycles.
• Coordinate statutory accounts across multiple entities and liaise with auditors.
• Support office cost centre reporting and FP&A activities like budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop reporting controls and foster relationships with senior stakeholders.
