Job summary

Team Internet is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to lead external reporting, group consolidation across currencies, and audit activities in London. The role requires a strong IFRS background, technical accounting expertise, and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

You will champion process improvements, leverage LucaNet, and drive automation to enhance reporting efficiency across the Group.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly group consolidation process across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Produce accurate and timely quarterly and annual external financial reports.
  • Analyse financial performance, investigate variances, and ensure reporting integrity.
  • Coordinate the production of the Group's Annual Report with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own the annual Group audit process and coordinate activities across international finance teams.
  • Ensure high-quality statutory reporting and compliance with regulatory and financing obligations.
  • Manage reporting timelines and stakeholder expectations to deliver against deadlines.
  • Act as a trusted adviser on IFRS and technical accounting matters.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies that can be applied consistently across the Group.
  • Become an expert user of the LucaNet consolidation tool and ensure data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and standardise reporting workflows.
  • Explore how data, finance systems and AI-enabled tools can increase efficiency.

Description

At Team Internet we're looking for a Group Reporting Manager to lead our external reporting, group consolidation, technical accounting, and audit activities while helping us improve and modernise the way we operate. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex financial challenges, creating clarity from data, influencing stakeholders, and using technology to drive smarter ways of working.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Lead the monthly group consolidation process across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Produce accurate and timely quarterly and annual external financial reports.
  • Analyse financial performance, investigate variances, and ensure reporting integrity.

Leading Audit & Compliance Activities
  • Own the annual Group audit process and coordinate activities across international finance teams.
  • Ensure high-quality statutory reporting and compliance with regulatory and financing obligations.
  • Manage reporting timelines and stakeholder expectations to deliver successfully against deadlines.
Providing Technical Accounting Expertise
  • Act as a trusted adviser on IFRS and technical accounting matters.
  • Assess the impact of new accounting standards and evolving reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies that can be applied consistently across the Group.
Improving Systems, Processes & Insight
  • Become an expert user of the group consolidation tool, LucaNet, ensuring data integrity, effective controls and operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to automate, standardise and improve reporting workflows.
  • Explore how data, finance systems and AI-enabled tools can increase efficiency and improve decision-making.
Building Strong Partnerships
  • Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Investor Relations and senior leaders across the business.
  • Develop strong relationships with regional finance teams, auditors and external advisers.
  • Support, coach and develop colleagues while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Financial Reporting Expertise
  • Experience with reporting and consolidation systems, e.g. Lucanet
  • Ability to manage complex group consolidations across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Experience producing high-quality external financial reports and statutory accounts.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, governance and reporting best practices.
Technical Accounting Knowledge
  • ACA or equivalent qualified Accountant
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS and the ability to apply accounting standards to complex transactions.
  • Confidence providing technical guidance to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess and respond to evolving reporting requirements.
Audit & Stakeholder Management
  • Skilled at coordinating audits and managing multiple stakeholders to tight deadlines.
  • Able to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with complex data and identifying meaningful insights.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
Continuous Improvement Mindset
  • Curious about technology and how automation and AI can improve outcomes.
