Job summary

Team Internet AG in London, UK, is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to lead external reporting, group consolidation, and audit activities. You will drive IFRS compliance and develop robust accounting policies while partnering with regional finance teams.

You will own the annual and quarterly reporting cycles, coordinate the Group audit, and explore how automation and AI can improve efficiency and data quality across the finance function.

Qualifications

  • Experience with reporting and consolidation systems, e.g. Lucanet.
  • Ability to manage complex group consolidations across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Experience producing high-quality external financial reports and statutory accounts.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, governance and reporting best practices.

  • Lead the monthly group consolidation process across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Produce accurate and timely quarterly and annual external financial reports.
  • Analyse financial performance, investigate variances, and ensure reporting integrity.
  • Coordinate the production of the Group's Annual Report with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own the annual Group audit process and coordinate activities across international finance teams.
  • Ensure high-quality statutory reporting and compliance with regulatory and financing obligations.
  • Manage reporting timelines and stakeholder expectations to deliver successfully against deadlines.
  • Act as a trusted adviser on IFRS and technical accounting matters.
  • Assess the impact of new accounting standards and evolving reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies that can be applied consistently across the Group.
  • Become an expert user of the group consolidation tool, LucaNet, ensuring data integrity, effective controls and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, standardise and improve reporting workflows.
  • Explore how data, finance systems and AI-enabled tools can increase efficiency and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Investor Relations and senior leaders across the business.
  • Develop strong relationships with regional finance teams, auditors and external advisers.
  • Support, coach and develop colleagues while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Description

At Team Internet we're looking for a Group Reporting Manager to lead our external reporting, group consolidation, technical accounting, and audit activities while helping us improve and modernise the way we operate.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Experience with reporting and consolidation systems, e.g. Lucanet
  • Ability to manage complex group consolidations across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Experience producing high-quality external financial reports and statutory accounts.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, governance and reporting best practices.
  • ACA or equivalent qualified Accountant
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS and the ability to apply accounting standards to complex transactions.
  • Confidence providing technical guidance to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess and respond to evolving reporting requirements.
  • Skilled at coordinating audits and managing multiple stakeholders to tight deadlines.
  • Able to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with complex data and identifying meaningful insights.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
  • Curious about technology and how automation and AI can improve outcomes.
  • Enjoy improving processes, challenging existing ways of working and driving efficiency.
  • Comfortable navigating change and supporting business growth.
