Job summary

Cedar is partnering with a rapidly growing property and hospitality group to appoint a Group Reporting Manager in London. You will lead the group consolidation, manage statutory reporting and coordinate the year-end audit across a multi-entity structure.

The role requires ACA qualification from accountancy practice and strong experience with complex consolidations, IFRS, and group reporting. You will work closely with regional finance teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and annual group consolidation process.
• Oversee statutory reporting and the year-end audit.
• Provide technical accounting guidance under IFRS.

• Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.
• Support senior leadership with group-level reporting and ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate with finance teams across multiple entities and divisions.

This is a key hire within the central finance team, taking responsibility for group consolidation, statutory reporting and ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality financial information across a complex, multi-entity structure.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the monthly and annual group consolidation process
• Managing statutory reporting and the year-end audit
• Providing technical accounting guidance under IFRS
• Reviewing intercompany balances and consolidation adjustments
