Sheridan Maine is partnering with a highly regarded international organization to recruit a Group Reporting Accountant/Manager. This role, based in southwest London, offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two from home.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality group reporting, compliance, and process improvements across global operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee monthly group reporting and consolidation processes with regional finance teams.
• Drive efficiencies in month-end close and support transition to faster reporting timelines.
• Assist in developing enhanced reporting tools and platforms (e.g., TM1 / Cognos).
• Coordinate annual audits and support internal controls and audit processes.
• Partner with operational teams to identify revenue and margin optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to cashflow forecasting and global cash management with Group Treasury.
• Support finance system modernization projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (FRS/GAAP).

Candidate requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Experience in group reporting and consolidations within multi-entity or international businesses.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, VAT, and financial analysis.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Experience in streamlining and modernizing processes.
