Job summary

Alfred H Knight is seeking a Group Quality Coordinator to monitor the IQMS in alignment with ISO/IEC 17025 and corporate policies. You will analyse QC data, drive continuous improvement, and liaise with clients on quality matters.

You will support proficiency testing, control charts, and non-conformances to ensure accuracy of geochemical results, while coordinating with the global QA team and laboratories.

Qualifications

• Experience in ISO/IEC 17025 laboratories and quality systems.
• Ability to monitor QC data, perform root cause analysis and report findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing QA reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report IQMS performance and QA metrics.
• Lead quality data analysis including proficiency testing and control charts.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections of geochemical labs.
