Job summary

TXO seeks a Group Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System and assurance activities across the group. You will drive internal audits, document governance and investigation programmes, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.

With extensive experience, you will mentor teams, optimise processes and support continuous improvement across multiple locations, including travel to TXO sites as required.

Qualifications

• Degree educated with professional quality qualification desirable (CQI/IRCA/ASQ).
• Lead Auditor qualification preferred (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
• Fluent or strong capability in French or German is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of Group Quality Management System.
• Plan, conduct and report internal audits across functions.
• Drive document control, CAPA, investigations and root cause analysis.
• Design and implement process improvements and governance.
