Job summary

TC Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Compliance and Quality Manager to join the central compliance team. You will oversee quality control programs, support M&A compliance activities, and assist with regulatory matters across the group.

This is not a client-facing role; you will work with offices, partners and staff to maintain high standards. The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or qualified by experience, with solid UK GAAP knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication,

Qualifications

ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or qualified by experience.
UK GAAP knowledge and accounts file requirements.
Strong written, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Undertake quality control reviews as part of the central compliance team.
Support M&A compliance activities including information requests and review programmes.
Carry out due diligence reviews of prospective acquisitions and assist with DD reports.
Provide internal support on wider practice compliance matters and engagement processes.
Identify recurring issues and help develop practical guidance and improvements.
