Job summary

Aspion Search is seeking a Group Quality Lead / QHSE Manager to oversee quality across multiple Sheffield-area sites. The role focuses on Quality Management, internal audits, ISO compliance and continuous improvement, with ownership of the group’s quality systems.

Ideal candidates will have experience in mechanical engineering/fabrication environments, familiarity with BS EN 1090 EC3, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Lead Auditor qualification and experience managing QA systems.
• Experience running internal audit programmes in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Group Quality Management System across multiple sites.
• Plan, conduct and manage internal quality audits in line with ISO standards.
• Ensure continued ISO 9001 compliance and support ISO 14001/45001 where required.
• Lead external certification, surveillance and customer audits.
• Identify non-conformances and drive corrective and preventative actions.
• Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure quality standards across engineering, fabrication, machining, welding, and site ops.
• Travel between local sites to support quality activities.
