Are you a master of multitasking, ready to take on a pivotal role in property maintenance across our Stores, Offices, and Distribution Centres? We're looking for an experienced Property Coordinator to be part of our team and keep our properties running smoothly!

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Be the first port of call for property maintenance needs across our sites.
  • Prioritise and resolve tasks swiftly or route them to the right experts.
  • Take ownership of each query, ensuring resolution and closure.
  • Keep the property helpdesk up to date with notes and status updates.
  • Maintain records on critical testing, servicing, and contractor insurance.
  • Handle administrative tasks like invoice processing with precision.
  • Watch over the budget, make sure tasks are cost-effective, and generate insightful reports.
  • Communicate seamlessly with our maintenance technicians to keep them on track.
