Pear Recruitment – Group Project Coordinator – Chelmsford

Salary – £25,000 – £27,000, OTE £28,000 -£30,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Experience Preferred, but not essential

Our client, the largest independent family-run property group in the Southeast of England, established in 1968 as a single estate agent, now has 17 branches across Essex and into Greater London. They are looking for a Group Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for dealing with all internal operational functions and procedures to ensure that the business runs smoothly, and staff feel adequately supported and equipped when using the various types of technology in place. Working closely with the ‘in-house’ Marketing team, the Group Project Coordinator will consult with all third-party software providers whose products have been integrated into the business.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

  • Professional, analytical, methodical, personable, and confident.
  • A basic grasp of general IT.
  • Working experience within a project-management environment.
  • Decent knowledge of the basic functionality of websites, software systems, and e-marketing platforms.
  • An effective problem solver with a practical and logical approach.
  • The ability to confidently engage with Account Managers of third-party providers.
  • Strong enough in character to push others, where required, to get things done.
  • The ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively to ensure specified deadlines are met.
  • Forward-thinking, especially in terms of IT-based solutions and Apps.
