Position Summary:

Under the direction of the department Director, oversee the daily management of the marketing staff for the product line. Prepare strategic marketing activities and programs for all supported products. Provide marketing assistance and support to affiliates, distributors, and customers.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing programs for the assigned product line in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Assist in the planning and creation of advertising, promotional materials, and technical information.
  • Promote the generation of technical publications on products and applications through the marketing staff.
  • Analyze competitive products, pricing, and selling techniques, providing oversight.
  • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate opportunities for new products.
  • Stay informed about developments and testing in the medical diagnostic industry relevant to the company's future marketing strategies and products.
  • Coordinate efforts across departments (R&D, QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Commercial Operations, Marketing) related to market analyzers, tests, and production planning.
  • Understand the technical aspects of IL and competitive products.
  • Comprehend regulatory requirements for assigned products.
  • Oversee and coordinate the training needs of the marketing staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline such as medical technology, biomedical engineering, or equivalent.
  • An MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, and/or sales management.
  • Practical knowledge of Hemostasis or Critical Care related to the product line.

International Mobility Required: No

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 25% travel required.
