Job description

Job Description: Group Product Manager - 12 months fixed term contract, London

The role

As a Group Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the Platform & Growth team in developing Dext’s self-service strategic capability, building and developing new growth pathways in the product while maximising net revenue and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Line manage and mentor PMs, onboard and manage new team members, support best practice and learning across the Product team through mentoring, collaboration and running the Product Guild.
  2. Identify, discover and drive opportunities to improve the discovery, onboarding and purchase experience of Dext products and services using quantitative and qualitative methods.
  3. Lead cross-functional and multi-team product delivery projects (Pricing & Packaging updates, Unification releases, Roles & Permissions redesign, Notifications centre).
  4. Manage the stakeholder landscape and ensure other departments in the business have their requirements processed, including regional GMs and other commercial leads.
  5. Communicate and collaborate with senior leaders on roadmaps, opportunities and high-level project updates.

Success Measures:

  1. Net revenue retention.
  2. Product adoption rate/time to value.
  3. # of new client licences/upgrades purchased.
  4. 1-3 month churn rate.

About you - what we are looking for:

  1. 7+ years experience in product management, managing Agile development teams, Product best practice leader, skilled in working with cross-functional methods (design, engineering, data, research).
  2. 3+ years line management experience, managing other Product Managers.
  3. Expertise in using data and user insights to make informed product decisions.
  4. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and discovery techniques.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level and senior stakeholders.
  6. Strong leadership skills.
  7. Prior experience in marketing, sales, Accounting Software or revenue growth areas (desirable).
  8. Experience in a B2B SaaS company with both self-service and sales-led pipelines (a plus).
