We are partnered with a leader in the Automotive industry who is experiencing an exciting period of transformation. They are searching for a Group Product Manager to help build and implement online products and experiences that will enhance their customer service.

As Group Product Manager, you will lead their Customer Servicing team and be responsible for their contact centre as a service, Salesforce Service Cloud, and customer service platform (including telephony systems). They have sign off to utilize AI, and this is a real growth area for them. You’ll lead a team of 5 Product Managers and have the opportunity to shape what Product looks like!

So, who are they looking for?

• Proven experience in a Product Leadership position & managing a team of Product Managers
• Customer Service Operations Experience: 5+ years of experience working in customer service operations, with a strong understanding of contact centre workflows, agent tools, and customer support metrics. Experience in the financial services or automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Proven ability to design and implement solutions for case management, knowledge management, and omni-channel support.
• Experience in companies going through digital transformation
