Key Highlights
- Leverage your expertise to streamline our supply chain and drive cost-effective, sustainable sourcing solutions
- Create, implement and lead the organisation\'s first Group Procurement structure encompassing US and European sites
- Implement robust governance and financial controls - incorporating DoA sign-off levels and authorisation matrix with implementation of new digital system/platform
- Create a Global Procurement standard and Global Procurement strategy which will be based on a "Centre-led and Regional execution" model
- Implement standardised Procurement Processes and Category strategy
- Develop locally based Procurement professionals
- Coach and Mentor local talent
- Ownership and Accountability for global contracts and relationships with all major Suppliers
Preferred Requirements
- Proven track record in procurement leadership, with experience managing complex, multinational supply chains.
- Fluency in English is essential, and Turkish language skills would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing and production sector, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in US and European markets
- Exceptional Procurement and relationship-building abilities to foster strong partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency strategic decision-making to optimise procurement processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Advanced certifications or qualifications in procurement and/or supply chain management.
- Extensive experience in a senior procurement leadership role, preferably within a global manufacturing organisation.
- Experience of building and leading International Procurement organisations with local and remote teams.
