The Group Preparation Leader is a key position within our client’s organization, responsible for overseeing and enhancing vehicle preparation operations. This role will focus on driving operational efficiency, implementing structured processes, and leveraging data-driven strategies to support the company’s long-term growth and objectives.

  • Oversee and enhance vehicle preparation operations to improve efficiency and organization.
  • Implement lean management principles and process improvements.
  • Drive a disciplined, data-driven approach to optimizing operational workflows.
  • Increase preparation capacity by at least 10-15% in the first 6-12 months.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve long-term efficiency goals, with potential to double capacity over time.
  • Lead and mentor teams, instilling rigor and structure in day-to-day operations.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Head of HR and Founder/Owner.
  • Occasionally visit nearby sales stores as needed.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and operations management experience, ideally in automotive.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze and improve processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business degree and Lean certification.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing or automotive operations.
  • Leadership team role with direct impact on company growth.
  • Opportunity to implement lean principles in automotive preparation.
