Responsibilities

Lead the people function across the group and provide direction on all people-related matters.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
Drive improvements in performance management and accountability.
Develop leadership and management capability at all levels.
Create a clear approach to identifying and developing future talent.
Review reward and recognition practices to ensure they support business objectives.
Oversee talent acquisition activity and improve hiring capability across the organisation.
Establish meaningful people metrics and reporting to support decision making.
Support organisational change initiatives, including integration and transformation projects.
Ensure people policies, processes and governance arrangements are appropriate for a growing organisation.
