Job description

A Group Operations Supervisor / Operations team lead / Regional Operations Supervisor is required to join an industry leader based in Florida.

The successful candidate will have a background in supervision or project management, with experience in programming, designing, and engineering control system hardware such as Delta, Alerton, or KMC controls.

Package:

$80,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and daily leadership for the Construction Operations team.
  • Champion the company's core values, vision, and operational strategy.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top operations talent.
  • Oversee engineering, startup, commissioning, and project closeout.
  • Drive departmental initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets and timelines across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate labor planning and resource allocation.
  • Conduct performance reviews and develop training programs.
  • Contribute to control system design, programming, and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements:
