Job summary

Organic Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Group Operations Manager to lead four venues across East London. You will directly partner with the owner to refine operations, drive profitability and uphold brand standards.

You will develop General Managers, manage budgets and KPIs, and identify opportunities to grow revenue through drinks, events and partnerships. A strategic yet practical leader is essential for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in wet-led pubs or brewery-led hospitality.
• Experience in an established hospitality group with budgets and KPIs.
• Track record of improving profitability and increasing revenue.
• Ability to coach and develop General Managers rather than micromanage.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing operations, service standards and commercial performance across all four sites.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing General Managers to improve leadership and accountability.
• Managing budgets, sales forecasts, labour costs, stock control and gross profit.
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through drinks, events, private hire and local partnerships.
• Monitoring KPIs, reviewing performance against budgets and implementing action plans.
• Maintaining licensing, health and safety, food hygiene and employment compliance.
• Developing operating procedures and consistent standards across the group.
• Working with the marketing team to deliver local promotions and initiatives to increase footfall.
• Building relationships with local businesses, councils and stakeholders.
• Supporting owner on commercial strategy, site development and expansion.
