Location: Hybrid Hertfordshire & Midlands
Salary: £65k - £80k + Bonus + Company Vehicle or allowance + Private Healthcare + Every other Friday as a DAY OFF.

We are looking for an experienced Group Operations Director to lead and optimise the operational performance of our client's group companies. You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for driving service delivery, team development, and strategic execution across all operational functions. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and getting it right first time, every time.
You will need to have a proven history in a senior/director-level operations role within a service-led or project-based industry. It is desirable that the ideal candidate will have existing or previous experience in the fire and security industry. You are a confident leader, strategic thinker, and commercially aware decision-maker who can lead teams with integrity and drive transformation across multiple locations.
