Package:
£65,000 – £80,000, 25 days Holiday + Banks, Company Car/ Car allowance, Private healthcare, Death in Service, Pension scheme etc.

The Role

A newly created position! The Group Operations Director will lead and develop operations teams across multiple sites, driving efficiency, compliance, and customer excellence. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to support ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver operational strategy, setting KPIs and driving performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and cost efficiencies.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects on time and to quality standards.
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to support growth.
  • Champion innovation, new technology, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead risk, crisis, and business continuity planning.

About You:

  • Proven track record in a senior/director-level operations role in Fire & Security.
