Job summary

DWF is seeking a Group MI Manager to lead a scalable MI capability that supports data-driven decisions at the senior level. The role is based in Manchester with hybrid working arrangements, and involves automation, data integrity and insightful reporting across the Group.

You will partner with Finance Business Partners and country teams, manage large datasets, and drive standardised, audit-ready MI across a multi-entity organisation.

Qualifications

• Background in MI, reporting, FP&A or data-focused roles.
• Strong data governance, structures and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis across multiple systems.
• Experience delivering audit-ready reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Stakeholder management across Finance, IT and HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and improvement of Group MI including board reporting and country packs.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and well controlled.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and country teams to meet requirements.
• Manage large, complex datasets from multiple systems.
• Own reporting automation and reduce manual processes.
• Support DataRails consolidation to improve reporting efficiency.
• Develop clear reporting structures, dashboards and templates.
• Embed best practices with controls and audit trails.
• Support wider Finance transformation initiatives to standardise processes.
