Group Marketing Manager

Location: Doncaster
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Working Hours: 40 Hours per week.

We re supporting a successful, fast-growing group operating across play, leisure, and experiential environments. Their portfolio includes indoor play centres, trampoline parks, and a specialist B2B service division focused on designing and delivering large-scale play and sensory environments.

This group combines design, manufacturing, and venue operation expertise to create unique experiences for families and businesses alike. They re now seeking a Head of Marketing to lead brand growth, digital performance, and ecommerce strategy across multiple brands.

The Role

This is a senior marketing leadership position with full ownership of strategy, execution, and performance across four distinct brands each with its own voice and growth potential.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving ecommerce growth and lead generation through digital marketing and online channels
  • Increasing venue footfall and enquiry volumes with targeted, results-focused campaigns
  • Building and managing strong brand identities and market presence
  • Creating and delivering content that demonstrates the business s impact and expertise
  • Ensuring websites (primarily WordPress) are optimised for user experience, lead capture, and conversion
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Ecommerce Growth
  • Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, email) that drive enquiries and bookings
  • Own and grow the ecommerce function, optimising online lead capture and conversion funnels
  • Manage paid media spend to maximise ROI and lead quality
Website & Digital Presence
  • Take ownership of multiple WordPress websites content, UX, SEO, and performance optimisation
  • Ensure every online touchpoint supports brand positioning and drives conversions
Brand Awareness & Media
  • Lead brand positioning and messaging across the group s diverse businesses
  • Build and manage relationships with media, PR, and influencers to grow visibility
  • Create compelling stories and content showcasing venues, projects, and customer success
Content & Creative Direction
  • Oversee production of photography, videography, case studies, and testimonials
  • Ensure consistent creative identity and messaging across all channels and brands
Performance & Leadership
  • Define, track, and report marketing KPIs to senior leadership
  • Manage budgets, internal teams, and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing activity with business goals
What You Bring
  • Proven experience delivering ecommerce growth alongside digital marketing in service or venue-based businesses
  • Strong WordPress knowledge combined with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social expertise
  • A track record of generating measurable commercial outcomes from marketing campaigns
  • Content creation oversight experience, especially with video and photography
  • Comfortable working across both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Data-driven, commercially focused, and results-oriented
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
