Job Description
The Group Marketing Lead, Digital is a senior role within our global business, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy across all areas of the business. This position requires a digital visionary who can drive digital transformation, elevate our brand presence, and generate measurable results across all digital platforms globally.
Key responsibilities
- Digital strategy: Design and implement a forward-thinking digital marketing strategy that aligns with our commercial goals and objectives
- Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the wider marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence across all digital marketing touchpoints
- Brand management: Enhance and protect the IQ-EQ brand through strategic digital initiatives, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital channels.
- Campaign management: Be actively engaged in the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, utilising data-driven insights to maximise ROI
- Content creation: Develop and curate high-quality content that engages and informs our target audience, supporting lead generation and customer retention efforts
- SEO and SEM: Lead efforts to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic through effective SEO strategies, as well as managing paid search campaigns for targeted reach
- Analytics and reporting: Track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Budget management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our digital marketing delivers results
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve and improve our digital marketing strategy

Reporting lines
The Group Marketing Lead, Digital will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will collaborate closely with other senior leaders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Line manager responsibility for one direct report.
Key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of digital marketing goals and targets, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
- Growth in digital brand presence and engagement metrics, including website traffic, social media followers, and content interactions
- Drive continuous improvement in SEO rankings and organic search visibility
- Effective budget management and optimisation of marketing spend
- Successful execution of digital marketing campaigns with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in digital marketing, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
- Experience: 8-10 years’ experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving strategic goals
- Demonstrable expertise in digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
