We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Group Managing Director to lead two well-established and growing businesses operating at the forefront of advanced construction and specialist manufacturing. Reporting directly to the Owner/CEO, this role offers a unique opportunity to deliver the strategy, drive growth, and embed innovation across a diverse group.
The Group comprises a specialist manufacturing business producing innovative systems for use in high specification environments, serving numerous high-growth sectors such as data centres, energy, and pharmaceuticals, amongst others. Alongside this, the construction division is a specialist installation and fit-out contractor, delivering complex projects across similar markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy execution and hold divisional leadership accountable for performance.
- Drive operational efficiency, automation, and digitalisation across the group.
- Ensure strong financial performance with full P&L accountability.
- Develop high-performing teams and succession plans.
- Expand market presence in critical sectors in the UK and overseas
- Act as a visible ambassador with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
