The Role

The Group Manager, Enterprise Risk, will collaborate with all levels of Risk Management across Crown Group, Crown Properties, and Crown Subsidiaries to ensure a consistent approach to risk management. You will oversee risk management in Group Services functions, ensure compliance with the Risk Management Strategy (RMS) and support frameworks, and provide proactive risk management guidance. Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting Group Services management to adhere to the RMS and frameworks
2. Monitoring and reporting on compliance with risk management requirements
3. Developing and maintaining corporate risk profiles in line with RMS requirements
4. Reviewing and endorsing risk profiles of the organization
5. Leading oversight and reporting of risks, issues, and events in Group Services
6. Engaging with stakeholders to communicate expectations and support risk identification and management

About You

• Significant experience in Risk Management roles within ASX-listed or large organizations
• Relevant degree or higher qualification (e.g., Business Management, Law, MBA)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee License (VIC & NSW) and a DLGSCI Key Employee License
• Experience in Technology and Operational Risk Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a high level of professionalism
