Job description

Responsible for the effective line management and leadership of the Children’s, Young People Acute and Community Services Group, ensuring structures and systems are in place to coordinate the activities of the various health care professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide management support to the DCOO, Head of Nursing, and Clinical Directors.
  2. Develop, implement, and monitor finance and activity arrangements and business plans for the group.
  3. Facilitate staff and team development and ensure effective communication within the group and across other specialties, divisions, and the Trust.
  4. Work towards the clinical and business success of your group specialties and contribute to the Trust's overall success.
  5. Implement and develop corporate policies and long-term strategic plans.
  6. Influence and implement policies within the group and organization.
