This Group Management Accountant role offers meaningful responsibility, close collaboration with Senior Finance Leaders, and excellent mentorship - ideal for someone from practice or industry ready to take the next step in their career.

With operations spanning the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and North America, this is a business that is truly global in scale and ambition.

Working at group level, you’ll support financial reporting, contributing to strategic insight, robust financial control, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager and working closely with senior stakeholders, this is a role that offers both variety and visibility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and reviewing monthly Group Management Accounts and flash reporting.
  • Supporting the consolidation and analysis of regional cashflow forecasts.
  • Maintaining and improving trackers for capex and receivables, ensuring accurate regional inputs and clear communication of outcomes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including financial modelling and presentation materials for leadership.
  • Reviewing regional reporting submissions, analysing variances and balance sheets, and producing insightful commentary.
  • Supporting process improvements and helping to develop group-wide accounting controls and systems.
  • Building strong working relationships across Finance Teams in multiple international regions.

What’s Required:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ICAS/ACCA or equivalent) with a strong technical grounding.
  • Commercially astute with an enquiring mindset – keen to understand the story behind the numbers.
  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas).
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders and non-finance colleagues.
  • Comfortable managing deadlines and priorities across a varied workload.
  • Proactive and collaborative, with a strong team ethos.

What’s in it for You:

This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in a well-established, growing international group. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking Finance Team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. The business offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with a supportive working environment built on shared values and integrity.
