Salary: £80,000 + 10% Bonus + Strong Benefits Package

JSS Search are partnering with a leading international hospitality business with a strong presence across multiple European markets. The Group Corporate Accountant will work in a varied role, encompassing management reporting, FP&A, commercial finance and process improvement. You will report to an impressive Group Financial Controller and work in a collaborate environment. The company is known for its friendly culture with strong benefits and regular social events.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare FP&A and financial control packs – providing key insights to senior stakeholders.
Ownership of month-end – ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Collaboration with group functions – partnering with teams across the business to enhance financial understanding.
Lead the budget and reforecasting process – working closely with the wider finance team.
Financial analysis – identifying trends and opportunities to drive business performance.
Drive process improvements – streamlining financial reporting and controls.

About You:

ACA qualified accountant with industry experience
2-4 years post-qualified experience.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence key stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.
