What You Will Do:
  1. Support and enhance the preventative maintenance strategy to minimise downtime and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Promote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and company procedures.
  3. Take ownership of housekeeping standards in engineering workshops and around the sites, ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
  4. Collaborate with contractors to ensure compliance with site processes and contractual commitments.
  5. Accurately document and communicate maintenance records to support operational transparency and efficiency.
  6. Provide training and guidance to team members to develop technical skills and reduce machine downtime.
What You Will Bring:
  1. Proven experience in Planned Preventative Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  2. A minimum of a BTEC Level 4 HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  3. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites when required.
  4. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive mindset.
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain detailed records.
