An inclusive charity organization in the UK is seeking a Group Leader for their Pudsey Club. This role involves planning and delivering engaging sessions for learning disabled and autistic adults, leading a small team, and fostering an inclusive environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of relevant experience and strong communication skills. The position offers 4 hours per week with a pay of £13.21 per hour and various employee benefits.
Location: Crawshaw Academy, Robin Lane, Pudsey, LS28 9HU
Hours: 4 hours per week (Thursdays 6–9pm delivery + 1 hour planning/admin) – Term time only (39 weeks/year)
Salary: £13.21 per hour
Contract: Until 31st March 2026 (subject to funding review)

About the Role:
As a Group Leader for our Pudsey Club, you’ll be at the heart of our Changing Lives Service, which runs six social clubs across Leeds. These clubs give members a safe and welcoming space to meet friends, try new activities, and build independence.
