Job Description
  • Apply GMP/GLP standards in all areas of responsibility as appropriate.
  • Document testing, observations, deviations, and results clearly and thoroughly.
  • Process data, generate reports, evaluate data, and perform calculations as required by test methods.
  • Read and understand analytical procedures and SOPs.
  • Train colleagues in laboratory procedures.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment; communicate with vendors and repair personnel.
  • Write investigation reports.
  • Have a strong understanding of compendial testing with sound decision-making.
  • Facilitate conference calls with clients; serve as a technical lead.
  • Review routine and non-routine laboratory data according to SOPs; ensure all work complies with GLP/GMP requirements; perform calculations.
  • Lead and train team members in a client environment.
  • Ensure high quality and efficiency in laboratory operations.
  • Maintain coverage and performance standards.
  • Foster team morale and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related field.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions or sponsorship.
Additional Information

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm. Candidates living within commuting distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
