Job Description

• Apply GMP/GLP standards appropriately across all responsibilities.
• Maintain the highest quality standards in all work areas.
• Demonstrate strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Proactively plan and multitask to maximize productivity.
• Meet all quality and productivity metrics, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure understanding, implementation, and maintenance of the quality policy at all levels; identify, prevent, or correct deviations from the quality system.
• Perform both routine and non-routine work as specified by the technical job description.
• Develop and implement operational improvements.
• Supervise others to meet client service requirements.
• Coach, train, and develop team members for personal growth and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate workflow and monitor daily operations to meet turnaround times.
• Conduct semiannual performance reviews, interview applicants, maintain training records, and plan for succession.
• Address problems, concerns, and performance issues proactively.
• Coach and develop individuals and teams to maximize performance.
• Monitor and approve employee time entries.
• Develop leadership skills through self-awareness and training.
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure departmental smooth operation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Supervisory experience levels include:

• GL I - Entry level with no supervisory experience.
• GL II - 2+ years relevant supervisory experience.
• GL III - 5+ years supervisory experience, capable of overseeing other leaders.
• GL IV - 10+ years supervisory experience, overseeing other leaders.
