Job summary

Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust in Swindon (covering Bath and Salisbury as part of the Group) seeks an experienced Group Integration and Development Manager (Band 8a) to lead the integration and development functions across the Hospitals Group, delivering high-quality services and digital transformation.

You will oversee planning, upgrades, and lifecycle management of integration platforms, maximise value of core systems like the Electronic Patient Record, and develop teams

Qualifications

• Masters Degree or equivalent in numerical subject and ongoing professional development.
• Experience in Software Development or Integration teams at a senior level in an Acute NHS Trust.
• Experience of leading large teams in a technical department and delivering change.
• Proven ability to resolve complex information issues and communicate them at all levels.
• Experience of IT service lifecycle (ITIL) and budget/supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration and development work programme with prioritised delivery.
• Plan and implement system upgrades and lifecycle management of integration platforms.
• Champion best practices, ensure system resilience and develop team capability through training and mentoring.
