Job summary

The McLean Partnership seeks a Group IT Director to drive ERP and technology transformation across its UK operations, reporting to the CFO with board exposure. Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-site ERP implementations, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group-wide ERP and technology transformation programme across multiple sites.
• Own governance, progress tracking and benefits delivery with in-house and external resources.
• Shape an IT operating model appropriate to the group’s maturity and manage outsourced services.
• Strengthen cyber resilience, data and analytics capabilities, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Influence senior leadership and MDs, balancing commercial realities with change programmes.
