Job summary

A large commercial plc is seeking to appoint a Group Internal Auditor to join the established audit function. Reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit, you will carry out complex internal reviews and assist with the establishment of a progressive and modern risk based internal audit function within the Group.

Based in Derbyshire, there will be a degree of travel within the UK, however this would not exceed 10%.

Qualifications

• 18 months' internal audit experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to develop the role and grow within the function.

Responsibilities

• Carry out complex internal reviews within the audit function.
• Assist with establishing a progressive, risk-based internal audit approach.
• Support Head of Internal Audit and stakeholders across the Group.
