Overview of the job
This is a Specialist Administrative Job Within a Prison Group Office. A Group Based Intelligence Hub Which Will Manage All Intelligence, Both Internal And External. The Intelligence Hub Is Staffed 7 Days a Week To Fulfil The Requirements Of The Role; There Is a Business Requirement For The Job Holders To Work To a Rota Covering:
There will be times when part of these shifts will entail evening work when required for the system maintenance/updates.
Summary
The job holder will provide administrative support to the Group Security Intelligence Hub and assist Security Leads in the delivery of an effective intelligence system within the group. They will be responsible for maintaining administration systems effectively and efficiently within specified timescales for the group of establishments. This is a non-operational job open to operational and non-operational staff with no line management responsibilities.
